Sharing my sewing...
I love sewing and don't get to do it as much as I like. Actually none lately because I have been painting the kitchen. I'm taking a short break from that and maybe I will be able see my fingernails again (they are covered in layers of paint that won't come off).
Here is an outfit I did for eBay recently. I'm working on finishing two more this week.

It's based on two vintage patterns that I combined. This fabric has been in my stash for awhile. I guess it was waiting for the right dress!

Amy--
I just wanted to write to congratulate you on such an amazing transformation in your kitchen! Truly superb.
I am a designer in NYC for a company called SHAWN HENDERSON INTERIOR DESIGN (look up the website). I was looking on the internet today for some kitchen inspirations, when I came across your blog. What an inspiration, indeed. I LOVE the brown lower cabinets and cream uppers. SOOO much, in fact, that I am going to do it in my own home!
Again, thanks for such a lovely and creative remodel. It is absolutely beautiful.
Best,
Jon Call
